Turo Policies

We appreciate our Guests. Most of our Guests are awesome and make this little business of ours so much fun. Turo has strict policies in place for those Guests that decide not to follow the rules. All fees are handled through the Turo App. Violations are as follows:

No Smoking Policy –

Turo has a very serious No Smoking Policy. All of us do not smoke at our garage, so smoking in our vehicles is very obvious. If anyone smokes in the vehicle, you will be fined $250 and banned from Turo. We hate to see that happen to any of our Guests, so we want to make you aware of this policy.

Damage –

The primary guest is responsible for all damage that occurs on the trip regardless of who was driving.

Late Return –

Our cars are very popular on Turo, and so it’s important to return the vehicle at the time you set for the end of the trip. If you know you can’t make it back by the time you set up, please message us and extend the trip asap through the Turo app. Missing your time will result in a fee for every 30 minutes late.

Cleaning Policy –

Cars are to be returned in the same condition that you pick them up – so please return the car clean and with a full tank of gas or properly charged for our electric cars. No pets. No eating or drinking, except water. No Smoking. Violating the cleaning policy is a $150 fee.

Returning Vehicle without fuel or EV Charging-

Guests will be charged the cost of refueling and a fee for not following the refueling policy.

Additional Distance –

We have our daily distance set to 200 – 250 miles per day. If you need more than that, please contact us. Otherwise Turo will charge the Guest a fee per mile as detailed on the Trip page.

Tolls and Tickets –

Guest are responsible for tolls and tickets that occur during the trip.
